Ronald Rattray has been with Spectra Gases Inc
. since 1987. He has worked with the lithography laser manufactures; Cymer and Gigaphoton since their inception. He has also worked closely with Nikon and Canon during the development of laser based lithography. Currently, he is responsible for lithography gas sales worldwide and for all Spectra Gases’ product sales in Asia.

Mark Yang 92年赴美留学，获纽约大学科学硕士和常春藤宾西法尼亚大学工程学硕士。先后在世界著名企业贝尔实验室、IBM等公司工作长达六年。2002年任职于Bear Stearns Co.，担任联席董事兼副总裁。2005年2月加入美国Spectra Gases Inc.,受总部委派职从中国区总裁，负责大中国区事务。
